VANCOUVER
Vancouver is located in the Canadian province British Columbia. Along with Amsterdam, Vancouver is one of the best tourist town out there. It has attractions for a wide range of interests, plus Vancouver is a pot-friendly city which does not enforce simple marijuana possession laws. I wrote this information and took these pictures in the Summer of 1998, so I don't really know what the scene is today. I suggest you check the website link in the photo gallery.
